# Spectra on Stellar

Spectra on Stellar brings the Core v2 yield-tokenization model to Soroban. A yield-bearing asset can be split into a Principal Token (PT) and a Yield Token (YT), then used in limit orders, routed operations, or cross-chain transfers.

## How the pieces fit [#how-the-pieces-fit]

<Mermaid

 A["Underlying asset"] --> V["IBT or vault wrapper"]
 V --> C["Stellar Core v2"]
 C --> PT["Principal Token"]
 C --> YT["Yield Token"]
 PT --> LO["Limit orders"]
 YT --> LO
 PT --> B["PT bridge"]
 O["Deterministic oracle"] --> D["Downstream integrations"]
 PT --> O"
/>

Core v2 performs the economic split. Wrappers adapt yield sources to the vault interface Core expects. The Limit Order Engine trades PT and YT at maker-defined implied rates, while the bridge creates cross-chain representations of PTs. The deterministic oracle prices one PT through time without reading an AMM or market-data feed.
