Tokenize Assets

Split an interest-bearing position into Principal and Yield Tokens.

Open a market and choose Tokenize. Select an available input asset, enter its amount and review the PT and YT output for that market's maturity.

Tokenize drawer with its Help link and separate PT and YT output rows.

Tokenization produces matching Principal Tokens and Yield Tokens. PT represents the principal redemption claim, while YT represents the right to future yield until expiry. Review any conversion from your chosen input token into the market's interest-bearing token.

Approve the input asset if prompted, then confirm tokenization in your wallet. After confirmation, the PT and YT positions appear in Portfolio.

Before maturity, matching tokens can be recombined using Burn PT+YT. At maturity, redeem PT and claim remaining YT yield separately.

Redeem Liquidity

Exit a matured LP position from Portfolio.
